Self Hypnosis

I have been using Self Hypnosis in my life in many different areas - for my skin, pigmentation, health, goals and I believe the combined effort of mind, physical and using natural products all work together for a holistic solution.


Self hypnosis is the process of using hypnosis to relax, motivate yourself and visualise success. Try this for healthy skin (record yourself on your cell phone and playback)

You are free to change the affirmations to suit any area of your life.

  • Sit comfortably.

  • Find an object that you can focus attention on and completely zone in on it.

  • Cut out all the other distractions around you eg. Your cell phone, computer, people talking or moving around, other sounds and movements.

  • Close your eyes and focus on your breathing , breathe deeply in and long and slow out.

  • As you breathe in tell yourself that you taking in the positive energy of the universe and as you breathe out let out all tension, anxiety and fear. Fill yourself with peace and calmness.

  • Breathe comfortably and easily now through your nose.

  • Softly, slowly and monotonously count down from 10 to 1 in your head, saying I am relaxed after each number. ’10 I am relaxed… ‘9 I am relaxed etc.

  • Imagine now that you are resting in a beautiful place, it can be on the beach in a hammock, on your bed in your room, in a garden on the grass, anywhere your heart chooses. Imagine you lying down and count from 10 to 1 again.

  • Repeat these in your mind:

o I am healthy and attractive with clear, flawless skin o I am at my ideal weight and size o I am fit, full of energy and feeling great o I make healthy choices in food and beverages and I am proud of my body o My skin is glowing with natural health and vitality o Day by day my skin becomes clearer, healthier and more flawless o I look and feel amazing o Everyone compliments me on how gorgeous my skin looks o I have a beautiful glow on my skin and my hair is healthy and shining o I feel amazing Now count from 1 to 10

  • When you reach 10 you can open up your eyes.

You can do this as often as you like. Repetition is the key to success. Enjoy!
